Here’s How We Can Help

At VSNC we are experts in providing minimally invasive treatments which minimize risk of complications and avoid hospital stays or lengthy recoveries. Our procedures which open-up blockages in lower extremity blood vessels are performed in our comfortable office setting and are generally done through a pinhole in the skin. The goal of our procedures are to help you reduce pain, heal your wounds and prevent amputations.

Our Vascular Expertise

Genicular Artery Embolization (mGAE, tGAE, GAE)

Genicular Artery Embolization is a minimally invasive treatment for chronic knee pain caused by osteoarthritis or recurrent tendon and ligament injury. By reducing abnormal blood flow and inflammation around the knee, GAE helps decrease pain and restore mobility while offering an effective alternative to surgery.

Upper Extremity Arterial Disease

Arterial disease can also affect blood flow to the arms and hands. We diagnose and treat blockages or narrowing in the upper extremity arteries using advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures designed to relieve symptoms, improve function, and prevent long term complications.

Transcatheter Arterial Embolization (TAE)

TAE is a targeted minimally invasive procedure used to treat chronic pain in joints and tendons throughout the body. Using catheter-based precision, we reduce inflammation by selectively decreasing excess blood flow to the painful area while providing long lasting relief without surgery.

Deep Vein Arterialization (DVA

Deep Vein Arterialization is an innovative limb saving procedure for patients with severe PAD or no option for chronic limb ischemia. DVA redirects blood flow from an artery into a vein to restore circulation to the foot, promoting healing of wounds and reducing the risk of amputation.

Varicose Veins

Varicose veins occur when weakened valves in the veins cause blood to pool, leading to enlarged twisted veins. We offer modern treatment options including laser therapy injections and minimally invasive vein closure to improve appearance, reduce discomfort, and restore healthy circulation.

Vascular Surgery

Our vascular surgery team provides advanced minimally invasive and
surgical treatments for conditions affecting the arteries and veins. We focus on restoring blood flow, preventing complications, and improving mobility and overall vascular health through evidence-based patient centered care.

Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

Peripheral Artery Disease is caused by narrowed or blocked arteries that
reduce blood flow to the legs. We offer comprehensive evaluation and state of the art treatments to relieve pain, improve circulation, and prevent limb threatening complications while helping patients return to a more active, comfortable life.
